Cheese Sausages Spaghetti w/ Spicy Hot Sauce

Today my Friend, Yessi came to my house and we had so much FUN along day..

I cooked a very Yummy Cheese Sausages Spaghetti w/ Spicy Hot Sauce for her =))

Here is the very simple recipe:

air secukupnya (u/ merebus)

1 sdm minyak goreng

100 gr Spaghetti

3 buah Cheese Sausages (iris-iris miring, jgn tll tebal, tipis jg tidak)

4 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)

1 buah Bawang Bombay (potong dadu kecil2)

1 buah Tomat Besar (potong dadu kecil2)

1 sdm penuh Tomato Pasta

2 sdm Butter

6 sdm Chilli Sauce

5 sdm Tomato Sauce

Garam secukupnya

Merica secukupnya

Gula secukupnya (sesuai selera)

Keju Parut secukupnya (sesuai selera)

How to cook:

1. Didihkan air bersama minyak goreng, rebus pasta hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan.

2. Lelehkan Butter, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga layu dan keluar aromanya. Masukkan Cheese Sausages, tumis sebentar hingga setengah matang, masukkan Tomato Pasta, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Garam, merica, Gula..lalu aduk rata. Tambahkan sedikit air. masak sebentar. Angkat.

3. Finishing: Tata Spaghetti di atas Piring Oval besar, tuangkan saus dan taburi dengan keju parut. Sajikan selagi hangat.
